                             RESOLUTION NO.   20261  
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PRYOR 
                   BACON COMPANY RELATIVE TO MODIFICATION OF A 
                   TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF LEE 
                   HIGHWAY AT PERIMETER DRIVE.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 
       The Pryor Bacon Company relative to modification of a traffic 
       signal at the intersection of Lee Highway at Perimeter Drive.
